S-Cape Cross Training is based upon a system of constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity level, which is tailored to each individual’s fitness level.  We are not your typical gym or health club lacking in results, where you get stuck in the same old routine.  Instead, we teach the proper execution of functional movements using kettle bells, medicine balls, agility steps, and kickboxing.  We combine strength and agility training with metabolic conditioning, a combination necessary for true fitness.  Perhaps S-Cape’s greatest attribute is that it is easily adaptable to people in all walks of life, of all age groups, and all fitness levels.

Cross training is based upon constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity level.  Functional movements are natural, multi-joint movements, performed from the body core to the extremities.  A typical training session lasts about an hour conducted in a small group creating an atmosphere of team support and motivation, intensity, and fun.  S-Cape’s Cross Training is always led by a certified instructor, who ensures proper form and consistency, and monitors the performance and progress of each member.  Every day offers something different, varying from upper body and lower body exercises to kickboxing and plyometrics. Our group format makes for an affordable and fun way of personal training.
